摘要
本文结合笔者的实际工作经验，探讨了水利工程项目监理工作的体会和作为监理必须具有的能力以及必备的条件，并对如何更好地进行监理工作提出了改进建议。
Combined with the author＇s practica! experience, this paper discusses the working experience supervision work in water conservancy project and the necessary conditions and the ability that supervisor must have and puts forward suggestions to improve ou how to achieve better supervision.
