摘要
依托长春地铁解放大路站十导洞CRD工法地铁风道工程,为有效预测并合理控制施工风险,采用数值模拟与现场实测相结合的方法,建立数值模型,通过流固耦合方法模拟整个施工过程。得到的主要结论有:1)针对2种不同的导洞开挖顺序进行优化分析,通过对比地表沉降、侧壁水平收敛、初期支护应力、土体塑性区分布等指标的计算结果,找出了合理的导洞开挖顺序;2)针对整个施工过程的模拟结果,选择竖向位移和水平收敛2个指标进行分析,得知拆除底部临时支撑及临时仰拱为施工中的薄弱环节,并结合工程实际提出了具体的改进措施。
The ventilation passage of Jiefangdalu Station of Changchun Metro is constructed by 10-pilot-heading CRD method.In the paper,the construction of the ventilation passage is simulated by means of fluid-structure interaction,so as to control and predict the construction risks effectively.Conclusions drawn are as follows:1 )The proposed two pilot heading sequences are compared in terms of ground surface settlement,sidewall convergence,primary support stress and plasticized zone distribution,and rational pilot heading sequence is found accordingly;2)Two of the simulation results, i.e.,vertical displacement and horizontal convergence,are selected and analyzed,which shows that the removal of the bottom temporary support and the temporary invert are vulnerable construction steps.Countermeasures are proposed for these vulnerable construction steps according to the specific project conditions.
