摘要
对剪力墙结构高层住宅施工中常见的施工缝留置过多、梁两端出现竖向裂缝、混凝土表面气泡多、墙体缺棱掉角的质量问题进行了阐述,并提出了各种弊病的防治措施,以保证剪力墙结构的安全性与耐久性。
The paper illustrates some common construction problems in high-rise buildings with shearing wall structures, including too many con-struction joints, vertical cracks at ends of beams, bubbles on concrete surface, and quality of walls without angles, and points out some prevention measures according to many disadvantages, so as to ensure the safety and durability of shearing wall structure.
