摘要
目的评价心可舒片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法 180例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各90例。对照组于常规抗心绞痛药物治疗,治疗组在常规抗心绞痛药物治疗基础上给予心可舒片4片/次、3次/日口服。结果治疗组可明显缓解冠心病心绞痛症状(P<0.05)。在心电图改善方面,治疗组也优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心可舒在冠心病心绞痛的治疗中,治疗效果良好且无明显不良反应,值得在临床上进一步广泛应用。
Objective To evaluate the Clinical curative effect and the safety of the xinkeshu for Angina pectoris. Methods The 180 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups, and the one is treatment group, the other one is control group, and each group have 90 patients. The control group receive common treatment, besides, the treatment group receive xinkeshu treatment, 4 pieces a time, 3 times a day. Results The treatment group can obviously improve the symptom of the angina pectoris（P〈0.05）. The improvement in ECG of the the treatment group is much better than the other one, and the difference also have Statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The xinkeshu have better Clinical curative effect in the treatmen of the angina pectoris,and the treatment is very safety, which worthes widely using in clinic.
