摘要
普通外科是外科系统中最大的临床专门学科,其以手术为主要手段对肝、胆、肠、胃、血管疾病、甲状腺、乳房肿瘤以及外伤等患者进行治疗。随着现代医药科学的发展,医疗队伍的壮大,外科疾病控制水平日渐提升。然而,外科患者相对较多,疾病原因复杂,并发症多,加之手术过程影响因素众多,在临床治疗与护理方面的问题也时有发生。笔者结合自身普外科临床实践,对普外科常见问题展开分析,并对相关对策进行探讨,以期有利于普外科临床实践。
General surgery is one of the largest clinical surgical system in technical disciplines, its operation as the main means of liver, bravery, intestines, stomach, vascular disease, thyroid, breast tumor and trauma patients for treatment. With the development of modem medical science, the medical team, surgical disease control levels rising. Surgical patients are more, the causes are com- plications, combined with the operation process is affected by many factors, in the clinical treatment and nursing problems also occur. Based on general surgery clinical practice, the writer analyzes the common problems in general surgery, and discusses relevant countermeasures, in order to beneficial for general clinical practice.
