细节护理对提高急诊内科患者护理满意度的效果 被引量:13

摘要 目的观察细节护理对提高急诊内科患者护理满意度的效果。方法取我院急诊内科收治的100例患者为本次研究对象,随机将其均分为对照组与实验组各50例,对照组接受急诊内科常规基础护理,实验组则在此基础上实施细节护理,观察两组治疗依从性改善情况,并对比两组护理满意度。结果对照组治疗依从率为80%,实验组为100%;对照组护理满意度为78%,实验组为96%。与对照组相比,实验组治疗依从性以及护理满意度更高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对急诊内科病患开展细节护理有利于改善患者治疗依从性,纠正其负性心理情绪,提高自我效能,从而有利于护理质量的提升,应予以推广和使用。 Objective To observe the details of care to improve the effect of the patients with emergency medical care satisfaction. Methods Of 100 patients admitted in our hospital emergency medicine as the study object, its were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 50 cases in control group received emergency medical care on a regular basis, the experimental group, on the basis of the implementation details of care, two groups of treatment adherence was observed, and compared two groups of nursing satisfaction. Results Compared with control group, experimental group and treatment adherence nursing satisfac-tion is higher, the difference between groups with statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion For patients with emergency medi-cal patients to carry out the details of nursing to improve treatment compliance, to correct their negative psychological feelings, in-crease the efficiency of the self and thus to improve nursing quality, must be paid to the promotion and use.
