摘要
目的对阿奇霉素注射液治疗下呼吸道感染临床疗效的探讨与分析。方法将2012年12月—2013年12月我院收治的124例下呼吸道感染患者随机分为两组,对照组患者进行头孢他啶注射液治疗,观察组患者进行阿奇霉素注射液治疗,比较分析两组患者的临床疗效及止咳、退热和啰音消失的时间和不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗的总有效率(95.16%)明显高于对照组(77.42%),且患者止咳、退热和啰音消失的时间均明显短于对照组,两组结果对比差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。两组患者不良反应发生率相比,无明显差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论应用阿奇霉素治疗下呼吸道感染能取得显著的临床疗效,可有效快速改善病人临床症状,而且相对安全可靠,值得在临床上广泛推广。
Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical efficacy of azithromycin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection. Methods One hundred twenty four patients with lower respiratory tract infection from our hospital were divided randomly into two groups. The observation group used azithromycin injection, while the control group used Ceftazidime injection. The clinical ef-ficacy and the time required for improvement of cough, fever, rales were comparative analysis,and adverse circumstance. Results The total effective rate of the observation group（95.16%）was apparently higher than that of the control group（77.42%）. Compared with the control group,the patients which were dealed with azithromycin got faster recovery in cough, fever, rales. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Comparing with the adverse incidence rate of the two groups, there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）,no statistical significance.Conclusion Azithromycin has remarkable effects in curing lower respiratory tract infection and could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms. It is worth widely applied in clinical.
