摘要
本文通过比较活性炭、氧化活性炭、纳米载铜活性炭的脱硫吸附效果,系统的研究了纳米载铜活性炭脱硫新工艺,找出了纳米载铜的最佳配方和生产工艺。通过载铜可以实现吸附剂的选择性脱硫,采用壳聚糖作为铜分散剂制备新型碳基纳米铜材料,利用多种官能团与铜的络合作用,在达到高载铜量的同时避免产生脱硫活性差的体相铜。本研究的实施对于新型高效脱硫剂的研发具有重要的科学意义和理论价值,而且对于加快变压器油再生的商业化进程具有重要的应用价值。
By eomparing the desulfurization adsorption effect of activated carbon,oxidation activated carbon, and nano copper-carrying activated carbon,this paper conducts systematic research on the new desulfurization process of nano copper-carrying activated carbon and finds the best formula and production process of nano copper.Copper load can achieve selective desuffurization of the adsorbent,use ehitosan as new carbon-based nano copper material of copper dispersant,make use of the complexation of a variety of functional groups and copper to reach high copper load capacity as well as avoid bulk copper with poor desulfurization activity.The implementation of this study has important seientific significance and theoretical value for the research and development of new and efficient desulfurizer,and has important application value for aeeelerating the commercialization process of transformer oil regeneration.
