摘要
建立了测定食品中甜蜜素的顶空-气相色谱法。本方法用衍生物环己烯、硝基环己烷进行定性,环己烯进行定量,同时对平衡温度、平衡时间和硫酸质量浓度进行了实验研究和优化。该方法在0.010 mg/m L^0.20 mg/m L质量浓度范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.994 9,定量检出限为0.045 mg/kg,加标回收率为94.4%~109.1%,相对标准偏差为1.53%~3.68%。结果表明,该方法具有操作简单、准确性好、灵敏度高等优势,能满足食品中甜蜜素的检测分析要求。
A method for the determination of sodium cyclamate in food by headspace-gas chromatography was developed. This method was qualified using the derivative cyclohexene and nitrocyclohexane ,and quantified using cyclohexene.At the same time the equilibrium temperature, the equilibrium time and the mass concentration of sulfuric acid were optimized. The method showed good linearity over the range from 0.010 to 0.20 mg/mL(R2=0.994 9).The limit of quantification was 0.045 mg/kg. The recovery was 94.4%-109.1%and the relative standard deviation was 1.53%-3.68%. Results showed that this method was simple, sensitive, accurate. Therefore, it is suitable for detection and analysis of sodium cyclamate in food.
