摘要
目的探讨内源性雌、孕激素与HPV在宫颈癌发生中的协同致癌性。方法随机选取78例宫颈癌患者与同期健康妇女作为观察组与对照组,监测两组受检者HPVs、HPV16、雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)含量,并进行对比分析。结果观察组HPVs-DNA阳性率为76.9%,明显高于对照组6.4%,两组差异具有统计学意义(x2=69.42,P<0.05)。另外,观察组HPV16阳性率与对照组的HPV16阳性率分别为47.4%和2.6%,差异具有统计学意义(x2=71.33,P<0.05)。观察组血清中E2和P平均浓度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。特别是E2水平与宫颈癌之间呈剂量反应关系;E2与HPVs之间呈正相加交互作用,且差异有统计学意义。结论宫颈癌的发病与HPV感染,特别是高危型HPV16和HPV18有密切关系,且与雌激素和孕激素对宫颈癌发挥着协同作用,可增加宫颈癌发生的危险性。
Objective To investigate the synergistic carcinogenic of estrogen,progesterone and HPV in cervical carcinoma. Methods 78 cases of cervical cancer patients and the healthy women were randomly selected as the observe group and control group.HPVs,HPV16,estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)content of two groups were monitored and analyzed. Results The positive rate of HPVs-DNA was 76.9%in observation group,that was significantly higher than that in control group6.4%,statistically significant differences between the two groups(χ2=69.42,P 〈 0.05).The positive rate of HPV16 of observation and the control group were 47.4% and 2.6%,and the difference of two groups was obvious,with statistical significance(χ2=69.42,P 〈 0.05).The average concentrations of E2 and P in serum of observation were higher than those of the control group.The differences were significant statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).Between E2 levels and cervical cancer was a dose response relationship.Between E2 and HPVs was a positive additive interaction,and there was statistical significance. Conclusion The incidence of cervical cancer and HPV infection,especially high-risk type HPV 16 and HPV 18,have close relationship,and HPV with the estrogen and progesterone on uterine cervix cancer play a synergistic action,that can increase the risk of cervical cancer.
