摘要
(LaSm)0.7Nd0.2Mg0.1(NiAl)3.6贮氢合金经过适当热处理后,合金的最大放电容量、循环性能以及在不同电流密度下的倍率性能均明显改善。采取两组退火工艺,分别从退火时间、退火温度进行研究。结果表明,快淬态合金电极的最大放电容量为313.5mAh/g,充放电循环寿命(2C,80%容量保持率)为285次;退火条件为1173K/8h的合金具有较好的活化性能和倍率性能,且最大放电容量为350.7mAh/g;退火条件为1173K/2h的合金具有较好的循环性能,循环寿命达到524次。
It is found that the discharge capacity, the cycle performance and the different rate discharge per formance of the (LaSm)0.7Nd0.2Mg0-1(NiAl)3.6 alloys are improved after annealing treatment. Using two sets of annealing, the alloy was studied from the annealing time and annealing temperature respectively. The results show that, the maximum discharge capacity of the as-quenched alloy electrode is 313. 5 mAh/g, the charge-discharge cycle life (2C, the 80 % capacity retention) is 285 times, the alloy with annealing of 1173 K/8 h has good activation performance, discharging performance and has the maximum discharge capacity of 350.7 mAh/g; the alloy with annealing of 1173 K/2 h has good cycle performance, the cycle life can reach 524 times.
