摘要 多孔氮化硅陶瓷由于其高孔隙、低介电及优异的力学性能而备受广大学者的关注,介绍了多孔氮化硅陶瓷的主要制备方法及其性能,简要综述了多孔氮化硅陶瓷的国内外研究现状和动态,最后展望了多孔氮化硅陶瓷的发展前景。 Porous silicon nitride ceramics have been a hot research area, due to its high porosity, low dielectric and excellent mechanical properties. The main preparation methods of porous silicon nitride ceramics and its performance are introduced. The research progress of porous silicon nitride ceramics at home and abroad are reviewed. Finally, the development prospect of porous silicon nitride ceramics are forecasted.
