摘要
目的 观察全身糖皮质激素治疗中正视眼屈光状态的近期改变.方法 回顾2011年6月至2013年1月在河北大学附属医院眼科就诊的10例15只正视眼,在全身糖皮质激素治疗后出现屈光近视改变的临床资料.结果 经全身糖皮质激素治疗后,15只正视眼经屈光检查后出现近视改变,裸眼远视力下降,视力最低0.5,最高0.8,平均0.64±0.24.屈光度改变为负等效球镜的增长：最小-0.375 D,最大-1.125 D,用药前屈光度（0.50±0.17）D,用药后屈光度（-0.75±0.31）D.经屈光矫正后矫正视力均≥1.0.屈光改变的发生距离开始应用糖皮质激素时间：最短3天,最长14天,平均9.3天.结论 全身糖皮质激素治疗后,正视眼出现近视改变,应注意屈光观查.
Objective To evaluate clinical observation of the refractive changes of emmetropia eyes in systemic glucocorticoids treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis was made for 10 patients （15 eyes）,who had received the treatment with systemic glucocorticoids.The clinical observation was from June 2011 to January 2013.Results Fifteen emmetropia eyes had the decreased vision from 0.5 to 0.8,and had the dioper changes （equivalent positive sphere from-0.375D to-1.125D） after optometry.There were from 3 days to 14 days after systemic glucocorticoids treatment,when vision changes began.Conclusions Systemic glucocorticoids treatment may result in the myopization on the emmetropia eyes.
