Numerical simulation of multi-pass TIG welding temperature field and residual stress field for thick ultra high-strength stainless steel plates

摘要 文中基于SYSWELD软件平台,对厚度15 mm的Ferriun S53超高强度不锈钢厚板进行了TIG多道焊接模拟仿真。建立了Ferriun S53钢的材料属性数据库,采用SYSWELD软件,以双椭球热源模型为热量分布形式,计算了自由装卡条件下焊接温度场、相分布、应力场及焊接引起的变形。结果表明,所得到的温度场变化规律符合实际性,焊缝区发生部分马氏体转变,残余应力主要存在于焊缝及附近熔合区,变形趋势与实际情况符合一致。 The multi-pass TIG welding of Ferriun S53 ultra high-strength stainless steel plates of 15 mm in thickness was simulated based on SYSWELD software.The material properties database of Ferriun S53 was established.The temperature and residual stress fields.as well as distribution of phases and deformation by welding,were calculated by using the Heat Source Fitting tool in SYSWELD software with free clamping condition.The results show that the calculated variation of temperature field has coincidence with the fact.Martensite transformation happens partially in weld zone.Residual stress mainly consists in weld zone and fusion zone,and the deformation trend is in accordance with the actual situation.
