摘要
介绍了预控管理理念的概念与作用,分析指出公路施工管理存在的问题与不足,并从预控管理理念出发,提出公路施工管理对策。工程运用表明,在预控管理理念指导下,不仅能够提高公路施工管理水平,促进施工任务顺利进行,还可以节约施工成本,降低工程造价,提高公路工程建设效益。在公路施工管理中应该重视预控管理理念的运用。
The concept and function of pre-control management is introduced in this paper,and the existing problem and deficiency of highway construction management is pointed out.And from the point of view of management concept,countermeasures of highway construction management are put forward.The engineering application shows that under the guidance of management concept,not only the level of highway construction management is improved,but also the construction task is promoted smoothly.Construction costs are also saved,project cost is reduced,and the construction of highway engineering benefits is improved.Pre-control management should be paid attention to in highway construction management.
