摘要
以草酸、硼酸和氢氧化锂为原料,经两步烧制,得到双草酸硼酸理粗产品;然后将所制粗产品经乙腈提纯后即得产品。产品经过X射线衍射检测手段定性,用ICP检测手段定量,证明所得产品杂质少且晶体结构完整;并通过热分析手段证实其热稳定性好;最终将其组装成电池进行检测,结果显示:常温和高温循环性能均较好。
The as- prepared Li BOB was synthesized by two steps using oxalic acid,lithium hydroxide and boric acid as raw materials,and then was purified in acetonitrile. The synthesized Li BOB was characterized by XRD and ICP to show lower impurity contents and complete crystal structure. The good thermal stability capability of the synthesized Li BOB was analyzed by differential thermal analysis and thermogravimetry. Finally,the battery made of the synthesized Li BOB was detected to indicate its good circulation performance of room temperature and high- temperature.
