摘要
目的:探讨64层螺旋CT在射频消融治疗肝脏肿瘤中的应用价值。方法:总结89例肝脏肿瘤患者在CT引导下行射频消融的治疗情况,根据病变的不同,选择合适的扫描方法和重建方式,合理应用64层螺旋CT的薄层重建、多平面重建、快速扫描、增强扫描及其特有的穿刺活检软件等,及时观察电极针在病灶中的位置及与周围组织关系。结果:在64层螺旋CT的引导下,穿刺针100%插入肿瘤内部,实时地观察扫描结果,能够尽量避免并发症的发生,当出现并发症后可以及时发现处理。多平面重建后,多角度观察能够避开肿瘤周围的重要结构,肿瘤的残留少,射频消融的效果好。治疗有效率可达95%以上。结论:合理应用64层螺旋CT,能够使肿瘤与周围结构显示清晰,达到射频消融的效果,还可以降低患者的辐射剂量。
Objective To explore the application value of 64 MSCT to radiofrequency ablation(RFA) for liver tumour.Methods Totally 89 patients with liver tumour underwent RAF under the guidance of 64 MSCT. Appropriate scanning method and reconstructing mode, such as thin-slice reconstructing, multi planar reconstructing, fast scanning and enhanced CT scanning and biopsy software, were selected according to the lesion site and relation with other tissues. Results All the percutaneous needles were punctured into the tumor with the guidance of 64 MSCT, and the complications could be avoided or eliminated in time. After multi planar reconstruction, observation from multiple angles could protect important tissues surrounded, with few tumour residues left and effective tomour ablation made. The effective rate could be more than 95%. Conclusion The introduction of 64 MSCT contributes to the tumour and surrounding tissues displayed clearly and radiofrequency ablation with few radiation dosage.
