摘要
在交通工程建设中，施工现场管理是重要的组成部分，对协作性有很高的要求。必须实施有效的现场管理措施，才能实现工程质量的有效提升。本文从交通工程施工阶段的现场施工管理角度出发，浅谈了其管理措施。
In trafic engineering construction, the manage- ment of construction site is an important part which has a high demand for cooperation. Only by carrying out effective on- site management measures can we effectively promote the rea- lization of engineering quality. In this paper, the author di- scussed the management measures of the construction site of construction phase of traffic engineering.
