摘要
为加快推进广州教育城的规划建设工作,高起点、高水平、高标准规划符合新型城市化发展需要的教育高地,将广州教育城规划为岭南风格、低碳智慧、山水田园型的生态教育城,广州教育城建设指挥部办公室特开展了广州教育城总体规划和教育城(一期)城市设计竞赛。本次竞赛组织工作到位、参赛作品质量高,最终的深化实施方案在充分吸收各个优秀方案优点的基础上,从人的需求出发,突出合理的空间分布、宜人的城市尺度,满足教学、科研、生活及服务等多种功能需求,力求营造有内涵和有特色的教育城环境,建设综合型新城。
In oder to advance the building of education city, develop a high tone education highland, and a city fil ed with the feature of south of the Five Ridges, low carbon and intel igence, south of the Five Ridges, Guangzhou formulates the competition of first phase urban design and master plannning of education city. The competition own a wel organization work and lots of high quality cases.And, the plan absorbs the advantages from each cases, starts from people’s need, extrudes the reasonable laytou, suitable scale, aims at the function such as education, scientific research, livelihood and service, constructs a education environment with connotation and feature, builds a comprehensive city.
