摘要
为了量化中和处理对纤维成分含量定量结果的影响程度,在对涉及中和处理试验标准研究的基础上,选取一定量样品分别进行中和处理和未经中和处理对比试验,从纤维定量结果、溶解残留物外观、手感、色泽、强力等方面进行对比分析。结果表明:未经中和处理残留样品的纤维含量偏小、易产生色差、纤维强力普遍降低、手感稍差,经中和处理的样品残留物则较为理想。当纤维含量结果处于临界值时或仲裁试验时,除增加平行样数量、提高检测方法准确度外,建议参考中和处理数据。
In order to quantify the neutralization treatment influence on quantitative results of fiber components, through the study of the involved test standards and treatment, this paper selects a certain amount of samples to make neutralization treatment or not, then the comparative analysis is made in terms of quantitative results, fiber dissolution residue＇s appearance, hand, luster, strength and other aspects. The results show that the fiber content in the residue without neutralization treatment is smaller, which is easy to produce color difference, and the fiber strength generally decreases, and the hand is a bit worse, but the sample with neutralization treatment is more ideal. When the fiber content results are in the critical value or the arbitration test is needed, in addition to the increase in parallel sample number and improvement of the detection accuracy, it suggests to take the data from that with neutralization treatment.
