摘要 介绍全消光涤纶、铜氨、消臭人造丝、全消光人造丝多组分混纺纱的基本性能,采用14.5 tex多组分混纺纱和8.3 tex吸湿排汗涤纶(57.6∶42.4)交织,在22针/25.4 mm日本福原V-LPJ4B型大圆机上开发一款新型的蜂窝网眼多功能面料。详细阐述编织工艺和染整工艺,以及关键技术和注意事项,并对面料的吸汗速干、接触冷感、抗菌抑菌、防紫外线等性能进行测试。结果表明,该面料具有优异的接触冷感、吸汗速干、抗菌消臭和防紫外线效果,是制作夏季服装的理想面料。 Based on the characteristics of full dull polyester, cupra, deodorant rayon, full dull rayon, the pa- per develops a new kind of muhi-functional pique mesh on 22 G Japan Fukuhara V-LPJ4B circular knitting ma- chine, by using 14.5 tex multi-component yarn and 8.3 tex moisture absorption and sweat transferring polyester blended yarn(57.6/42.4). It introduces in detail the knitting technology and dyeing and finishing technology, as well as the key points. In addition, the related wearing properties are tested and compared. The results show that the knitted fabric studied in this paper bears excellent properties of transient cool feeling, moisture absorption and fast- drying, anti-bacteria and odor resistant, and anti-UV function, which is the ideal material for making summer wear.
