摘要
采用Secotec纱、Flycool纱、锦纶纱,以及氨纶包芯纱,在28针/25.4 mm圣东尼SM8-8TOP2无缝机上开发一款无缝网眼托胸9分袖产品。详细介绍产品组织结构设计以及功能调整方法,并给出基本面料参数。结果表明,通过纱线与组织结构设计的有机结合,该产品穿着舒适,合体精致,具有拢胸美乳、美背减脂、减腰收腹以及提臀塑身等功能,市场前景广阔,对于无缝针织产品的开发具有借鉴意义。
The paper develops a new kind of seamless open-knit chest up underwear on 28 G Santoni under- wear machine, by using Seeotec, Flyeool, nylon and two kinds of spandex core-spun. ＇It introduces in detail the design thinking of stitch structure and the implement method of adjusting function. In addition, the basic technical parameters of fabric are given. The results show that this kin.d：of new seamless underwear made in this paper pos- i sesses good wearing comfort and fitness., and can lift up ch＇est, hip and contract abdominal region. The results can provide a certain reference for development of seamless knitted fabrics with a great market potential.
