摘要
目的通过鼻腔给药将重组人睫状神经营养因子(rhCNTF)递送到脑组织,考察鼻腔给药的减肥效果。方法以高脂饮食建成大鼠肥胖模型后,分组给予rhCNTF鼻喷雾剂或注射剂(一日0.05mg/kg,连续给药28d),并设置正常对照和模型组,检测体重、Lee's指数、体脂等的变化,考察rhCNTF鼻用制剂对高营养性肥胖(DIO)大鼠的减肥效果。结果鼻腔给药组和皮下注射组均能减缓大鼠体重增长,降低脂肪重量。结论 rhCNTF鼻腔给药与注射给药相比减肥效果更为显著。
Objective To investigate the weight loss effect of recombinant human ciliary neurotrophic factor(rh CNTF) by nasal administration. Methods Male Sprague-Dawley(SD) rat model diet-induced obesity(DIO) was created. DIO rats were randomly divided into three groups: rh CNTF subcutaneous injection treatment group, nasal administration group,0.05 mg/(k·d) for 28 days continuously and one obesity model control group. In addition, a normal control group was set up. Body weight,Lee's index and body lipid level in each group were measured. Results The weight loss effect of rh CNTF nasal spray on diet-induced obesity rats was significant. Conclusion rh CNTF nasal spray has better weight loss effect than subcutaneous injection.
