重组人睫状神经营养因子鼻喷雾剂对高营养性肥胖大鼠的减肥作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过鼻腔给药将重组人睫状神经营养因子(rhCNTF)递送到脑组织,考察鼻腔给药的减肥效果。方法以高脂饮食建成大鼠肥胖模型后,分组给予rhCNTF鼻喷雾剂或注射剂(一日0.05mg/kg,连续给药28d),并设置正常对照和模型组,检测体重、Lee's指数、体脂等的变化,考察rhCNTF鼻用制剂对高营养性肥胖(DIO)大鼠的减肥效果。结果鼻腔给药组和皮下注射组均能减缓大鼠体重增长,降低脂肪重量。结论 rhCNTF鼻腔给药与注射给药相比减肥效果更为显著。 Objective To investigate the weight loss effect of recombinant human ciliary neurotrophic factor(rh CNTF) by nasal administration. Methods Male Sprague-Dawley(SD) rat model diet-induced obesity(DIO) was created. DIO rats were randomly divided into three groups: rh CNTF subcutaneous injection treatment group, nasal administration group,0.05 mg/(k·d) for 28 days continuously and one obesity model control group. In addition, a normal control group was set up. Body weight,Lee's index and body lipid level in each group were measured. Results The weight loss effect of rh CNTF nasal spray on diet-induced obesity rats was significant. Conclusion rh CNTF nasal spray has better weight loss effect than subcutaneous injection.
