摘要
通过分析国外城镇化的发展模式,总结国外城镇化发展的经验和教训,在此基础上提出中国新型城镇化发展的具体措施:促进市民化、构建城乡一体化发展、促进社会服务公平化以及多渠道筹措新型城镇化发展资金等。
Through the analysis of foreign urbanization development model, specific measures for China＇ s new urbanization are put for- ward： promoting the eitizenization, constructing the urban - rural integration, strengthening the fairness of social services, and develo- ping multi - channel of financing for the new urbanization development.
