摘要
全媒体是以信息数字技术发展为基础的各种媒介深度融合而形成的媒介传播形态,全媒体时代具有融合性、开放性、数字化和个性化的特征,从媒介、受众和传播者三方面给档案信息的开发和利用带来了深刻的影响。为了应对这一时代变革,档案信息工作需要从理念、制度和传播平台全方位进行范式转换,以开放理念为基础,服务为核心,传播理念为关键,用法律保障档案信息开发,用政策推进档案服务,用产业引导档案传播,与大众传媒媒体合作共建公众参与的全媒体平台。
Omnimedia is the media dissemination form which is formed from media convergence that based on the development of digital information technology. The omnimedia era has the characteristics of integration, openness, digitized and personalized, and it brings profound influence to the development and utilization of archive information from three aspects, the media, audience and communicator. In the face of the change of the times, we need a comprehensive ＂ paradigm shift＂ in the archives information work from the concept, system and communication platform, which based on the open principle, service as the core, the dissemination of ideas as the key, code of the service. We should use the law to protect the development of archival information, use the policy to push the archives service, and use the industry to guide the archives communication. Finally, archives workers should build an omnimedia platform in which public participated by working with the mass media.
