错层位巷道布置采煤法三机选型及配套与工作面布置

摘要 厚煤层错层位巷道布置采煤法自发明以来在西山、开滦、义马、峰峰、新汶等矿区得到了实验或推广应用。其最大优势就是不留煤柱,实现无煤柱开采;创新回采工艺,解决了端头与巷道顶煤问题;巷道布置于低应力区,解决巷道掘进维护问题等。本文就错层位采煤法中有关三机配套选型和工作面设备安设问题进行了分析介绍,以期使更多煤矿对错层位巷道布置采煤法实践方面的认识更加具体,促进此采煤方法的推广应用。 Mining method with roadway layout of staggered arrangement has been tested and gained popularization and application in Shanxi, Kailuan, Fengfeng, Xinwen coal mining areas, whose most important advantages are that it cancels pillar, realizes pillarless mining; innovate mining techniques, solves the problem of roof coat of the end and roadway ; roadways are located in distressed area, roadway support problem is settled, etc. Equipment supporting and selection of three machines and there installation in face was analyzed and introduced when using this method in order to enhance the understanding of the method in its practice, thus popularizing its application.
