摘要
回顾了博A、博ⅡA、博ⅢA的选育过程,总结了选育、运用感光型杂交稻不育系的经验与体会。选育感光型杂交稻不育系时应注意以下几方面:在进行某些性状改良时,应注意双亲其它重要性状的互补,避免双亲具有共同的缺陷;杂交双亲保持系至少其中1个带有感光基因;不育系的米质鉴定,要在低世代开始进行,胁迫选育跟踪至高世代。
Breeding utilization of bo A, bo Ⅱ A, bo Ⅲ A were reviewed, and the experience of using photosensitive type hybrid rice sterile lines were summarized. Attention should be paid in photosensitive hybrid rice sterile lines breeding as follows： when making certain strain improvement, should consider other important properties of parents for complementary, avoid common defects;one of the parents should have a photosensitive genes;identification rice quality of sterile lines must start from the low generation.
