摘要
通过受力分析、断口分析、化学成分分析及金相检验等方法,从宏观力学及微观机理分析了电磁阀阀杆轴销与螺钉断裂的原因。结果表明,造成轴销断裂的原因是电磁阀关闭不当,螺钉断裂的原因是电磁阀试验过程中螺钉承受较大的轴向载荷。
The facture reasons of the shaft pin and screw of a high voltage explosion-proof solenoid valve are analyzed thought force analysis, fracture analysis, chemical composition analysis and metallographic examination. The results show that the fracture reason of the shaft pin is that the solenoid valve is closed improperly, and that the fracture reason of the screw is that the axial load of the screw is too great in the test of the solenoid valve.
