维生素D与糖尿病的发病和防治 被引量:8

摘要 糖尿病发病机制及其临床干预是临床科研和医疗实践所关注的重要领域。近年来,国内外众多研究表明,维生素D与糖尿病发病的基本病理生理过程——胰岛素抵抗和胰岛B细胞功能受损——有关:补充维生素D可能有助于糖尿病的预防和治疗。本文就这一领域的新进展做简要综述。
