摘要
薪酬分配不仅是货币报酬问题,特别是在当今时代,对员工的价值贡献要进行全面认可与激励。本文首先从理论角度,梳理了认可激励计划的产生和发展,然后结合中小型企业幸福时代人力资源服务有限公司的案例,通过介绍其在认可激励上的理念、特色、做法,期望为其他公司实施认可激励计划提供思考和借鉴。
Compensation allocation is not only about monetary payoffs, especially in the contemporary era, a comprehensive recognition and incentive mechanism for the value of employees is of crucial importance. First, this paper reviews the emergence and development of recognition & incentive theories. Then, it introduces the practices in the innovative SME Happy Era of Human Resources Service Co. Ltd. Furthermore, we will provide some references on the implementation of recognition & incentive program.
