摘要
目的:观察营养指导在围生期孕妇中的应用,探究其对围生期孕妇保健护理的作用效果。方法:选取2009年6月-2011年6月笔者所在服务中心产前检查的围生期孕妇441例作为研究对象,随机将其分为孕期营养指导组和常规孕期指导组。比较并分析两组围生期并发症的发生率以及母婴营养状况。结果:孕期营养指导组孕妇的围生期并发症发生率低于常规孕期指导组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且孕期营养指导组的母婴健康状况明显优于常规孕期指导组(P<0.01)。结论:对围生期孕妇提供营养指导可以进一步确保孕妇身心健康,并减少围生期并发症的发生率,值得借鉴推广。
Objective:To observe the application of nutritional guidance in maternal women during perinatal period and to explore its effect on the maternal health.Method:441 pregnant women of perinatal period in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2011 were selected as the research objects,which were randomly divided into pregnancy nutrition guidance group and normal pregnancy group.The incidence of complications and the maternal and child nutrition of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The incidence of complications in the pregnancy nutrition guidance group was lower than the conventional prenatal guidence group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).And the health of the pregnancy nutrition guidance group was obviously better than that of conventional prenatal guidance group(P〈0.01).Conclusion:The perinatal nutritional guide can better ensure the physical and mental health of pregnant women and reduce the perinatal complications,which is worthy of popularization.
