兔动脉硬化模型建立及斑块病理与超声影像的对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的对兔动脉硬化模型建立及斑块病理与超声影像的对比进行分析研究。方法选取15只雄性纯种新西兰大白兔,采用球囊损伤和高脂(1%胆固醇)喂养建立动脉硬化模型,斑块部位转染携带p53基因的重组腺病毒载体,然后进行药物触发,形成斑块破裂和血栓。分别于药物触发前后对家兔进行血管内超声检查,并与病理学检查结果做对比。结果以组织病理学检查为基准,血管内超声(intravenous ultrasound,IVUS)检查诊断斑块破裂及血栓的敏感性为85.7%,特异性为75%;IVUS与病理学测量的血栓长度上高度相关(r=0.78,P<0.05),测量血栓的面积无相关性(r=0.16,P>0.05)。结论血管内超声识别斑块破裂及血栓形成的准确性较高。
