摘要
对某高层住宅小区二期工程地下车库墙体渗漏原因进行了分析,提出了注浆+加做防水层的治理方案,并对具体的堵漏工艺作了论述,提出了相应的预防措施,达到了渗漏治理效果,保证了后续三、四期工程的防水施工质量。
A high-rise residential area the second phase of the underground garage wall leakage reasons were analyzed,and put forward grouting＋plus do the waterproof layer governance plan,elaborate the concrete leaking stoppage craft,and puts forward some corresponding preventive measures,achieve the leakage control effect,to ensure the subsequent three or four phase of waterproof construction effect.
