摘要
随着光学治疗性角膜切削术,自动板层角膜成形术,压平-表面角膜移植术,深板层角膜移植术,羊膜移植及后板层角膜移植术等在临床的应用,拓展了板层角膜移植在治疗角膜病方面的应用前景。这此发展预示板层角膜移植将会成为今后角膜移植的首选术式。综述了板层角膜移植手术的发展及应用。
The history of lamellar keratoplasty surgery spans over 100 years. New surgical tecniques, including phototherapeutic keratectomy , automated lamellar keratectomy , plano-epikratoplasty , deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty , combined amniotic membrane and limal transplantation,large-diameter corneoscleral lamellar keratoplasty and posterior lamellar keratoplasty have recently become available. These procedures broaden the array of treatments lor corneal disorders and may be used as alternatives to penetrating keratoplsty.
