摘要
通过一步法和两步法合成了三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPOP),采用红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、热失重分析(TG)等方法对其进行表征,并在玻纤增强尼龙中对其阻燃性能进行了初步评价。热失重分析结果显示,二步法合成的MPOP分解温度较高;FTIR、XRD结果表明,二步法较一步法合成的MPOP样品纯度更高、结晶性能更好;从阻燃性能来看,二步法合成的MPOP阻燃性能明显优于一步法样品。
Melamine polyphosphate (MPOP) was synthesized by the one-step and two-step method, respectively. MPOP was characterized by IR, XRD, and TG, and its flame retardant performance for reinforced glass fiber nylon was evaluated. The thermal analysis showed that two-step synthesis of MPOP had a higher decomposition temperature, and IR, XRD results showed that two-step synthesis of MPOP sample was relatively pure and had good crystalline quality. In terms of flame retardant, two-step synthesis MPOP performed significantly better than the one-step sample.
