摘要
图书馆的管理模式有很多,根据图书馆的性质来看,也是不尽相同的。鉴于此,在介绍图书馆的管理模式、图书馆管理模式的框架的基础上,提出完善图书馆现阶段管理的措施,以期能够为促进图书馆的持续发展提供借鉴。
There are many modes of library management and according to the nature of libraries, the modes are various. Therefore, this paper, based on the introduction of library management mode and the frame of library management mode, proposes the measures of improving the current library management in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of libraries.
