摘要
富家矿自转入30 m中段以后,矿体厚度逐渐变薄,致使采场频繁转层,加之受现有采场结构参数、爆破技术及采充矛盾限制,对提高回采强度已形成了技术制约。为全面、有效地提高回采强度,富家矿改原有的"下向倾斜六角形高进路分层胶结充填采矿法"为"下向高分层机械化胶结充填采矿法"。通过扩大进路断面,使用铲运机代替电耙子出矿,采用阶梯式充填等技术措施,取得了采矿损失率1.2%、矿石贫化率2.97%显著的回采效果。
Since Fujia Mine turned into the 30 m level,the orebody has gradually become thinner so that the stope has to frequently shift between strata. Moreover,limited by structural parameters,blasting techniques and the contradiction between stoping and filling,the room of stoping strength improvement is technically confined. To comprehensively and effectively improve stoping strength,Fujia Mine renovated the previous downward dipping hexagonal high access slicing and cemented filling stoping method into downward high slicing mechanized cemented filling stoping method.By widening access section,replacing electric rake with scraper for ore drawing and adopting multistep filling,the method achieves significant stoping indexes including a loss rate of 1. 2 % and ore dilution rate of 2. 97 %.
