摘要
偏心工件是车削加工时会遇到的零件之一,具有较高的技术难度。介绍了偏心工件的特性,结合偏心零件的图样,分析了车削偏心工件的装夹方法、刀具和量具的选择及检测方法,探讨了车削双偏心零件的工艺线路和加工步骤。
Eccentric workpiece is often machined in turning process. The difficulty of machining it is very high,therefore,the operators have good skills. This paper introduces the characteristics of eccentric parts,in combination with its design drawing,analyses the methods of the eccentric turning workpiece clamping,cutting tools selection,measuring tool and testing and discusses the turning process lines and processing steps of double eccentric parts.
