摘要
目的研究分析普外科患者腹部开放性外伤的临床诊断以及治疗方式。方法 2012年至2013年我院有60例腹部开放性外伤患者接受治疗,对其进行研究分析,采取回顾性分析的方式。结果接受确定性急症手术治疗的54例患者中,53例成功治愈,1例患者因大严重出血导致失血性休克死亡,治愈率88.3%。6例患者术后切口受到感染,2例患者术后腹腔受到感染,并发症发生率13.2%。6例接受损伤控制外科技术治疗的患者均良好治愈,无一例患者术后出现严重感染情况,切口感染治愈率为100%。结论为腹部开放性损伤患者进行诊断和治疗时,需要对其脏器损伤情况进行了解和判断,能够很好的帮助患者进行临床治疗,腹腔镜应用于开放性手术治疗的效果非常好,临床中可以得到广泛的应用,其医疗价值高。
Objective To study the clinical diagnosis of patients with open abdominal trauma department of general surgery analysis and treatment. Methods From 2012 to 2013 in our hospital 60 cases of abdominal trauma patients with treatment,its analysis,take retrospective analysis way.Results The treatment of 54 cases of emergency operation to accept the uncertainty of the patients,53 cases were successfully cured, 1 patients because of serious hemorrhage resulted in the death of hemorrhagic shock,the cure rate was 88.3%. 6 cases of patients with postoperative incision infection,2 cases of patients with postoperative abdominal infection complication rate 13.2%. 6 patients received damage control surgery treatment of patients are well cured,and no patients with postoperative severe infection,infection of incisional wound healing rate was 100%.ConclusionThe diagnosis and treatment of open abdominal injury patients,the need for understanding and judgment of the injury,can be very good to help patients for clinical treatment,laparoscopic applied to open operation in treatment of the clinical effect is very good,can be widely used,its medical value is high.
