摘要
目的对循环内科使用优质护理的效果进行探讨,对笔者的护理体会进行总结。方法使用点差问卷的方式来对循环内科优质护理效果进行信息反馈收集,制定针对性的护理措施。结果经过优质护理服务开展以来,护理人员的护理理念了有提升,护患关系更加和谐。结论优质护理服务能够为患者提供更加优秀的护理体验,让患者满意,让护患关系和谐。
Objective To summarize the Department of internal medicine quality nursing effect,summarizes experience of the author＇s care.Methods Using questionnaire to spread information feedback colection on circulatory Department of internal medicine high-quality nursing effect,make the pertinent nursing measures.ResultsAfter since carrying out high quality nursing,nursing concept of nursing staff with ascension,nurse patient relationship are more harmonious.Conclusion The high quality nursing service can provide care more excelent experience for the patient,let patient satisfaction,let the harmonious relationship between patients and nurses.
