摘要
目的研究晚期肺癌患者应用优质护理理念的效果。方法随机选取我院收治的76例晚期肺癌患者作为研究对象,按照自愿原则分为对照组和观察组,各38例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组根据优质护理理念予以护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果治疗组患者的护理满意度97.4%明显高于对照组76.3%,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晚期肺癌患者应用优质护理理念的效果显著,可明显提升患者护理满意度,可作为临床首选护理方法推广使用。
Objective To study the effect of application of the concept of quality of nursing patients with adanced lung cancer.Methods Randomly selected from our hospital 76 cases of patients with advanced lung cancer as the research object, is divided into control group and observation group, in accordance with the principle of voluntary, 38 cases in control group routine nursing care, observation group based on high quality nursing care ideas, compared two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing care. Results The treatment group patients nursing satisfaction of 97.4% to 76.3%, significantly higher than the control group statisticaly significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The application of the concept of quality of nursing patients with adanced lung cancer effect significantly, can obviously improve patient care satisfaction, can be used as a clinical nursing methods preferred promotion.
