摘要
目的研究柔性管理在神经内科护理的综合效果。方法将柔性管理理论运用于神经内科护理中,营造"柔性管理文化"理念,提高护理者自身素质,实现护理水平的跃升。结果将实施前后两年护理人员变化、护理质量及纠纷发生情况进行对比,发现采用柔性管理对护理工作产生积极影响,团队向心力、凝聚力、整体素质、护理水平均提升显著。结论采用柔性管理无论是对护理工作者还是对患者都不无裨益,积极效果适合在其他科室推广应用。
Objective To study the combined effect of flexible management in neurology care. Methods Flexible management theory to neurology care, to create a "flexible management culture" ideas to improve their own quality caregivers to achieve the level of care the jump. Results Results will be implemented before and after the two nurses change the quality of care and dispute cases were compared and found that the use of flexible management of care. Conclusion Flexible management both for health care workers or patients are not without benefits, positive effects for application in other departments.
