摘要
目的探讨动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血血管内介入治疗术后的观察及护理。方法对33例动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血介入术后患者采取有针对性的护理措施。结果 28例(84.8%)治愈出院,且无肢体活动障碍、失语、智力障碍等后遗症。5例(15.2%)患者发生较严重的并发症。1例(3.0%)患者死亡。结论术后得当的护理措施能够预防或减少并发症的发生,从而提高血管内介入治疗动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血的疗效,并提高病人的生存质量。
Objective To study the aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage intravascular interventional treatment of postoperative observation and nursing. Methods33 cases of patients after surgery for aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage in targeted nursing measures.Results 28 cases （84.8%）,cured and discharged,and there is no physical activity barriers,aphasia,mental retardation and other sequelae. 5 cases （15.2%） in patients with serious complications. 1 case （3.0%） patients died.Conclusionthe proper nursing measures to prevent or reduce postoperative complications,and improve endovascular interventional treatment of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage curative effect,and improve the quality of life of patients.
