摘要
目的研究布地奈德鼻喷雾剂与西替利嗪片联合应用治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法选取2011年10月至2014年7月于本院进行治疗的92例变应性鼻炎患者分为对照组46例和观察组46例,对照组患者单纯给予西替利嗪片进行治疗,观察组患者采用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂与西替利嗪片联合方案进行治疗,对比观察两组患者治疗的临床效果。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率(95.65%)显著优于对照组(76.09%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论布地奈德鼻喷雾剂与西替利嗪片联合应用治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study budesonide nasal spray combined with cetirizine tablets for the treatment of alergic rhinitis.Methods From Octorber,2011 to July 2014,92 patients with alergic rhinitis were divided into control group （n=46） and observation group （n=46）. The control group was treated by cetirizine tablets only andthe treatment group was treated by budesonide nasal spray combined with cetirizine tablets.Thecurative effects were compared and observed in both groups.ResultsIn observation group,the total effective rate was 95.65%. It is significantly better than the control group （76.09%）.P〈0.05,there was statistical significance.Conclusion The curative effect of budesonide nasal spray combined with cetirizine tablets for the treatment of alergic rhinitis was significant. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
