摘要
当前,即时通信工具的快速发展改变了传统信息传播模式,引发网络舆情危机公关新变革,把握微时代下舆情信息的社交(Sociality)、传播(Speed)、议程设置(Agenda-Setting)和关联(Surround)等突出特性,可以从上述4S方面寻找涉医舆情微公关的新方法。
At present, the rapid development of real-time communication tools has changed the traditional mode of information dissemination, triggered the public relations reform for the network of public opinion crisis. New method for public relations in micro-era of public opinion on medicine can be dug out from aspects of 4S, which is Sociality, Speed, Agenda-Setting and Surround.
