讲述以GIS为平台支撑,以扶风县基本农田为实验数据,利用北京苍穹公司研发的基本农田划定软件完成县级基本农田划定数据库建设,并探讨建库中各阶段的技术方法和问题描述。
This paper tells the GIS as the platform , the basic farmland Fufeng County experimental data , the use of basic farmland de-marcated software developed by Beijing Kanq company to complete the construction of basic farmland demarcated database at the coun -ty level, and to explore database construction in every stage of the technical method and the problem description .
