摘要
该文针对高层建筑物沉降所表现的发生、发展、成熟和趋于饱和的过程,以灰色Verhulst模型进行拟合、预测。文中就其建模理论及计算流程进行分析研究,并以工程实例进行验证。结果表明,该模型计算简单,模型参数较少,拟合、预测精度较高,能够有效的反映高层建筑物的沉降变化规律。
Aiming at the occurred, developed matured and saturated process of high-rise building subsidence, this paper fit and predict these with gray Verhulst model. This paper analyses and studies on its modeling theory and calculation processes, and verifys it with project examples. The results show that the model calculation is simple, model parameters is less , the precision of fitting and predicting is higher, and it can effectively reflect the change rules of the settlement of high-rise building.
