摘要
某风机组合基础上锚板,由于二次灌浆层存在脱空、裂隙和浆液离析等不良现象,导致上锚板发生了显著的局部倾斜变形,其变形值远超出规范允许限值,且变形仍在加剧。基于综合勘察和理论分析,采用锚板顶升技术对锚板进行纠偏,恢复既有变形;采用钢梁垫托换和高压注浆技术来提高原垫层强度并使其处于均匀状态;两者效应的有机结合,使治理效果满足了设计和风机运行安全要求。其设计、施工的理论探索和实践创新为今后同类工程提供了有益的借鉴。
Because of the second grouting layer existing the adverse phenomenons such as segregation, crack and slurry segregation, part of the anchor plate on a fan combination foundation is tilt and deformation significantly. The deformation value is far beyond the limit allowed by standard, and the deformation is still growing. Based on the comprehensive survey and theoretical analysis, the anchor plate jack-up technique is used to rectify the anchor plate and restore the existing deformation. The steel mat underpinning and high pressure grouting technique are used to improve the intensity of original cushion layer and make it in uniform state. The treatment effects can meet the requirement of design and the safety of fan operation by the organic combination of the two effects. The theoretical exploration and practical innovation of design and construction provide beneficial reference for the future similar projects.
