摘要
通过对南昌市导游从业者的调查,本文对转型期导游的职业认同状况进行研究。导游的职业认同是一个自我认识与他人定位的符号互动过程,调查显示在这两个维度上形成了乐观型、焦虑型、厌倦型和失落型四种职业认同状态;导游普遍对自我职业积极认知评价,而他者则普遍对导游职业消极认知评价;导游的职业认同状态还与其经济收入和学历层次等因素相关。因此,导游应提高业务素质和自我认识,家庭、组织以及社会更要给予导游充分的支持和鼓励,以改善和消除目前导游职业认同的不良状态。
This paper studies tour guide's professional identity during the transition through the further investigation into Nanchang city. The research results show that the tour guide's professional identity is a symbol interaction process of self - knowledge and positioning with others. In two dimensions of self - recognition and other - recognition, there are four types of traits for professional identity status : optimism, anxiety, boredom, and loss ; tour guide's self - profession generally forms positive and cognitive appraisal, while the others commonly has negative and cognitive evaluation; tour guide' s professional identity status is related to its economic factors, such as income and education. To avoid and eliminate the adverse state of tour guide career identity, the tour guide should first improve the service quality and self - awareness, families, groups and the society should give more guide full support and encouragement.
