摘要
[目的]观察穴位注射联合针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病性眩晕疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将48例门诊患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。针灸:取双侧风池、完骨、风府、头维、率谷,端坐位时脊旁有压痛的夹脊穴。辨证取穴,肝肾阴虚配双侧肾俞、太溪;肝阳上亢配肝俞、太冲;气血亏损配脾俞、足三里;寒湿凝滞配脾俞、肺俞;常规无痛进针,风池刺向对侧眼角,深刺1.5寸,以酸胀感向后头部放射为佳;夹脊穴深刺直达脊椎横突骨面,行合谷刺,以针感上下放射为佳;其余穴位常规针刺,留针30min。对照组24例氟桂利嗪,5mg/次,1次/d。治疗组24例穴位注射,舒血宁4m L,双侧风池、天柱穴,常规刺入,上下提插得气后,注入1m L左右药液;若局部酸胀,热敷数分钟减轻不适感,1次/d,疗程间隔2d。连续治疗5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈18例,显效5例,无效9例,总有效率95.80%。对照组痊愈10例,显效8例,无效6例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]穴位注射联合针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病性眩晕效果显著,值得推广。

Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 course of treatment interval 2d, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] The cure 18 cases were cured, 5 cases, 9 cases, the total efficiency of 95.80%. Cured 10 cases in the control group, 8 cases, 6 cases, the total efficiency of 75.00%. Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Combined with acupuncture point injection treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical vertigo effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
